Refund Policy
You have 15 days to approved returns/exchanges. Returns can only be given with store credit. Clothing MUST be sent back in original packaging with tags and in perfect condition. All sale, discounted, and bodysuits are final sale and not eligible for exchanges or returns. Stunnababy is not responsible for any return shipping fees.
Can Stunnababy send me a pre-paid return label?
No, we do not offer pre-paid return labels. Each customer is responsible for sending back their return to our facility.
How long do I have to make a return?
- Returns must be delivered to our facility within 15 days of the customer receiving their package in order to be issued a refund.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
- Please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed & approved. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
